Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Logistics Manager with 6–8 years of relevant experience to lead reverse logistics, warehouse operations, and regulatory compliance for our e-waste collection and processing network. The role requires strong coordination skills, a solid grasp of transport and warehouse operations, and the ability to ensure safe, compliant handling of hazardous electronic scrap end-to-end.

Role & Responsibilities

Reverse Logistics & Collection Planning

- Design cost-effective, efficient pickup routes for commercial, institutional, and bulk consumer e-waste.
- Map and schedule last-mile pickups and trial waste-audits from various hubs and corporate clients.
- Negotiate contracts and manage third-party logistics (3PL) partners and local freight carriers to control transport costs.

Warehouse & Inventory Operations

- Oversee warehouse arrival, documentation, and safe unloading of hazardous electronic scrap.
- Track daily incoming stock registers and Material Receipt Notes (MRN), minimizing material discrepancies or leakage.

Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure all transport vehicles and processes strictly comply with national and state environmental regulations (CPCB/TNPCB rules).
- Manage hazardous material movement protocols, ensuring safe transit for high-risk electronics such as lithium-ion batteries.

Vendor & Stakeholder Liaison

- Coordinate pick-up timelines directly with B2B corporate entities, IT asset managers, and government institutions.
- Work alongside local scrap dealers, aggregators, and Producer Responsibility Organizations (PROs)



to streamline consistent material pipelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 6–8 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or reverse logistics — experience in e-waste, scrap, or recycling material movement preferred.
- Robust communication and follow-up skills, with proven vendor/3PL negotiation ability.
- Comfortable with direct client and stakeholder coordination.
- Working knowledge of environmental compliance requirements (CPCB/TNPCB) and hazardous material handling protocols.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong team management skills.
