LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE

Educational Qualification:

- MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain Management / Operations / related field.

- Graduate degree from a recognized university.

- Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.

Experience:

- 0–2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operations.

- Freshers with a relevant MBA qualification may also apply.

- Experience in construction/infrastructure projects will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

- Coordinate transportation and movement of materials, machinery, and equipment.

- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, drivers, and project/site teams.

- Track vehicle movement and ensure timely delivery of materials.

- Prepare and maintain gate passes, delivery challans, e-way bills, invoices, and other logistics documents.

- Coordinate loading and unloading of materials.

- Maintain records of vehicle deployment, freight charges, and transportation expenses.

- Coordinate with procurement,



stores, accounts, and site teams.

- Follow up with suppliers and transporters regarding dispatch and delivery.

- Identify and report transportation delays and logistics issues.

- Prepare daily/weekly logistics reports.

- Assist in logistics planning and transportation cost control.

- Ensure proper documentation and safe movement of materials.

Required Skills:

- Valuable communication and coordination skills

- Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain management

- Good command of MS Excel and MS Office

- Documentation and reporting skills

- Problem-solving ability

- Time management

- Willingness to travel/visit project sites when required

Pay: ₹9,076.16 - ₹41,173.10 per month
