Role Description The Linkedin Outreach Intern will support AI CERTs® in expanding its digital presence and engaging prospective learners, partners, and collaborators through LinkedIn. This remote internship role involves identifying and researching target audiences, drafting outreach messages, and following up on connections and conversations to nurture relationships. The intern will assist in managing LinkedIn inbox communications, maintaining outreach trackers, and providing courteous, timely responses to inquiries.





Day-to-day tasks include community outreach activities, basic market research, and writing concise, professional messages aligned with the brand voice. The role also includes collaborating with the marketing and partnerships teams to support campaigns, gather insights, and help improve outreach strategies.

- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interactions on professional platforms.
- Customer Service and Community Outreach skills to engage respectfully with diverse audiences and nurture relationships.
- Research skills to identify relevant leads, organizations, and opportunities for outreach on LinkedIn.
- Writing skills to craft concise, professional, and tailored outreach messages and responses.
- Interest in AI, blockchain, education, or career development, with willingness to learn about certification programs.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or similar professional networking platforms; prior experience with outreach is an advantage.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
