- Primary skills:Technology->Open System->Linux,Technology->Open System->Shell scripting
- Technical delivery of Unix / Linux administration activities for mission critical production support environments
- Plan & execute OS version upgrades, OS Migrations, Server build, Application specific configuration and Cluster setup
- Lead the team in client meetings
- Troubleshoot & resolve incidents with stringent SLA
- Provide on-call support during non-business hours as needed
- Engage in Problem management process for root cause determination & permanent corrective action
- Support the team in resolving critical technical issues during crisis situations
- Act as a single point of ownership for the Customer solution during Critical Incidents
- Implement automations for significant reduction in manual efforts
- Create and publish knowledge base articles and contribute to knowledge management activities in the service
- Bring in Automation solutions in the project
- Provide training on Technology or Process to Team Expert
