Role Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Marketer who is not only a LinkedIn marketing specialist but also adept in various facets of digital marketing, including email and data mining.

Key Responsibilities

- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and research potential leads within target industries and demographics.
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to connect with leads through LinkedIn messaging, email, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through consistent prospecting and outreach efforts.
- Engage with leads to understand their needs, challenges, and priorities, and effectively communicate how our products/services can address their requirements.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop customized messaging and content for lead generation campaigns.
- Track and analyze key metrics related to lead generation efforts, such as response rates,



conversion rates, and pipeline growth.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new features of LinkedIn Sales Navigator to continuously optimize lead generation strategies.

Qualifications

- Sales and Business Development skills, including experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and account management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of the technology industry, particularly in regards to LinkedIn Sales, Data Mining, Data Shooting , Lead Generation from Sales Navigator. HubSpot, Zoominfo
- Experience in a similar role for at least 2 years
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Experience in digital marketing and social media is a plus
