Key Responsibilities:

1. Legal Reports Title Verification

- Drafting of Legal Reports , Search Reports , and Title Verification Notes related to property and mortgage transactions.

- Conduct property title searches and verification of transactions, ownership records, encumbrances, transaction through Government Revenue Department Portals in Sub-Registrar Offices (SRO) both online and offline .

Property Law Mortgage Acumen

- Demonstrate a keen interest and understanding of property laws , mortgage documentation , and registration procedures .

Language Communication Skills

- Candidates proficient in reading and writing vernacular languages will be preferred

1. List of Languages:

Telugu, Assamese, Hindi,English, Gujarati, Kannada, Marathi, Punjabi, Tamil, Bengali, Oriya.

- Multi-lingual ability (especially regional languages) is an added advantage.

4. Work Flexibility Professional Conduct

- Display flexibility to work extended hours or beyond regular office timings when business requirements demand.

- Be willing to travel within the state for property verification or registration-related work.

- Maintain a high level of skilled integrity,



confidentiality, and attention to detail in all tasks.

Qualifications Skills:

- Educational Qualification: LL.B. (minimal).

- Experience: 03 years (Post Qualification Experience) Freshers can apply. Candidates worked upon Property Law, Mortgages will get preference.

- Strong interest and aptitude in property and mortgage-related laws.

- Good drafting and comprehension skills for legal documents.

- Proficiency in MS Office.

- Ability to work with online property record systems .

- Multi-linguistic and vernacular proficiency will get preference.

- Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and meet tight deadlines when necessary.
