Job Location: Mumbai

Role Overview:

We are looking for a qualified CS & LL.B professional with strong experience in corporate and commercial legal matters. The incumbent will be responsible for legal drafting, contract management, land-related agreements, IPO-related legal work, intellectual property matters and handling legal disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drafting, reviewing and vetting land agreements, rental/lease agreements, NDAs and other commercial agreements .
- Handling corporate and commercial legal documentation and providing legal advice to internal stakeholders.
- Managing legal aspects related to IPOs and related corporate/legal compliances .
- Handling matters related to patents, trademarks and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) .
- Managing and coordinating legal matters, disputes, notices and litigation with external advocates and legal consultants.




- Conducting legal research and providing advice on applicable laws, regulations and contractual obligations.
- Reviewing agreements, contracts and other legal documents to identify legal risks and ensure compliance.
- Maintaining proper legal records and documentation.
- Coordinating with internal departments, consultants, advocates and regulatory authorities as required.

Key Requirements:

- Qualification: CS & LL.B mandatory.
- Solid experience in legal drafting and documentation .
- Must have hands-on experience in drafting/vetting land agreements, rental/lease agreements and NDAs .
- Exposure to IPO-related legal work and corporate transactions .
- Exposure to patents, trademarks and IPR matters .
- Experience in handling legal matters, disputes and litigation coordination .
