Role Description The Legal Manager – Real Estate will oversee legal matters related to property and commercial real estate portfolios, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This full time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating leases, agreements, and other real estate contracts.

The position includes managing lease administration processes, maintaining accurate legal and property documentation, and coordinating with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and property managers.

Manager will monitor legal risks, support due diligence for property transactions, and provide guidance on regulatory changes affecting real estate operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate, with experience in handling diverse property-related legal matters.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lease Administration and Leases, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating,



and maintaining lease documentation.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Property Management, with an understanding of legal aspects of property operations and compliance.
- Law degree (LL.B or equivalent) from a recognized institution; additional specialization in real estate or corporate law is an advantage.
- Proven experience in a legal role focused on real estate, preferably within commercial or corporate environments.
- Strong knowledge of relevant property, contract, and regulatory laws, and ability to interpret and apply them in business contexts.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders in an on-site setting.
