- Drafting, vetting, negotiation and execution of Service, Vendor agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements;
- Maintaining Legal Database.
- Preparation of Templates.
- Doing Legal Research on Regulatory matter/ changes.
- Constant checking and tracking of relevant regulatory and government portals.
- Can perform the complete contract lifecycle from vetting to stamping to execution.
- Address legal queries of the staff internally or consulting managers on contractual responsibilities.
