The key responsibilities are to provide expert legal advice and consultation to clients across diverse subject matters, lead and mentor a team of Legal Advisors, ensure high-quality legal support, and drive operational excellence while achieving business and customer satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities

- Provide expert legal advice and consultation to clients across diverse subject matters.
- Understand client requirements and deliver practical and effective legal solutions.
- Introduce and recommend our legal services based on client requirements, whilecontributing to revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, contracts, legal notices, and other legal documents.
- Collaborate with external counsels for litigation management and ensure timely follow-up on legal matters.
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Legal Advisors to ensure quality service delivery and adherence to SLAs.
- Review legal opinions, client communications, and documentation prepared by team members to maintain quality standards.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching and regular feedback,



and support the career development of team members.
- Handle client escalations and resolve complex legal issues with minimal supervision.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Continuously update legal knowledge and ensure the team is aligned with changes in laws, regulations, and industry practices.

- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a legal team.
- Client Management: Excellent client relationship management and

stakeholder handling skills.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely delivery.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills to resolve complex legal issues.
- Technology Integration: Comfortable using CRM platforms and legal

technology tools.
- Quality Orientation: Strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

I Qualification(s):
- LLB or LLB in Law or Masters in Law from an accredited college or university.

II. Experience:
- 16 years of experience in legal advisory, corporate law, or legal consulting.
- Prior experience in leading or mentoring a legal team is preferred.
