About The Client:

A British multinational alcoholic beverage company, with its headquarters in London, England. It operates from 132 sites around the world. It is a major distributor of Scotch whisky and other spirits. Distilleries owned by Client produce 40% of all Scotch whisky with over 24 brands.

Essential Job Functions:

- Support the day-to-day administration of learning platforms, including Sana and EdCast.

- Support onboarding of current learning applications, including coordination, configuration, testing and documentation.

- Support integrations between learning platforms and other *** systems, including testing and issue resolution.

- Manage and track learning technology licences, usage and renewals.

- Support access management and controls, including access reviews and audit evidence.

- Monitor learning data quality, including learner, course and completion data, and resolve data issues.

- Prepare and maintain learning technology reports using Excel, Power BI and platform reporting.

- Support platform and content testing, including UAT and validation of new changes.

- Manage learning technology ServiceNow tickets and operational issues, escalating where required.

- Work with vendors and D&T; teams to investigate and resolve platform and integration issues.

- Support Sana implementation and migration activities, including data validation, testing and transition support.

- Maintain process documents, SOPs and user guides for learning technology activities.

- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and improve existing processes.

- Support the implementation of new digital and AI-enabled learning technology capabilities.

- Provide general Learning Technology support to Learning Services, Capability teams and other stakeholders as required.

Qualifications:

- Support platform and content testing, including UAT and validation of new changes.





- Manage learning technology ServiceNow tickets and operational issues, escalating where required.

- Work with vendors and D&T; teams to investigate and resolve platform and integration issues.

- Support Sana implementation and migration activities, including data validation, testing and transition support.

- Maintain process documents, SOPs and user guides for learning technology activities.
