Learning Operations Manager | Onsite - Noida, India | Open to India-based candidates only

Location: Onsite - Noida, India

Our learning operations for a large-scale UAE client program need someone who can run the administrative engine behind the scenes: scheduling, contractor and vendor support, onboarding, and day-to-day coordination across multiple sites. This role owns that operation end to end and leads the teams who deliver it.

What you'll do

- Oversee administration and coordination across the account's learning operations, setting service standards and monitoring performance against SLAs

- Manage training scheduling across multiple UAE sites, working through onsite Training Coordinators to resolve conflicts and balance capacity

- Own vendor management and Employer of Record (EOR) administration

- Run onboarding for recent joiners and contractor trainers, including access, equipment, and induction

- Coordinate contractor support and manage contractor performance, quality, and compliance

- Set up and run triage for learning operations mailboxes, keeping response times on track and escalating complex issues appropriately





- Maintain administrative compliance, documentation, and audit readiness

- Lead and develop the Training Coordinator and LMS Administrator teams

Job requirements

What you bring

- 7+ years in learning operations, training administration, or operational management
- A track record managing multi-site operations, ideally remotely or across time zones

- Experience with contractor management, vendor coordination, and EOR or third-party employment administration

- Experience leading and developing administrative or coordination teams
- A solid grasp of service-level management and compliance requirements

- Bachelor's degree required; Lean/Six Sigma or operations management certification is a plus
