Role Description:

The Learning and Development role at Gryphon Academy Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The professional in this role will design and deliver training programs aligned with the Industry Readiness Programme, including technical modules and soft skills workshops.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, creating learning materials, facilitating classroom and small-group sessions, and monitoring learner progress. The role also involves managing learning schedules, coordinating with academic and industry partners, providing coaching and feedback to learners, and continuously improving training content based on outcomes and stakeholder input.

Required Qualifications:





- Must have 0-5 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Training & Development, including planning, delivering, and evaluating learning interventions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Learning Management, such as managing learning programs, tracking learner progress, and using learning tools and platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Instructional Design, including creating structured curricula, developing training materials, and aligning content to learning objectives.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication with diverse learner groups.
- Candidates should possess Coaching skills, with the ability to mentor students, provide constructive feedback, and support professional and personal development.
- Relevant experience in education, corporate training, or talent development is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively with academic and industry stakeholders are advantageous.
