1. Teach a. core CS and SW Eng. Concepts b. core algorithms, data structures, patterns etc c. DBMS and Data Warehousing basics
2. Train a. Internet programming i. Client-side ii. Server-side
3. Mentor a. Full-stack development b. Power Platform c. Cloud basics / DevOps
4. L&D; a. Curriculum design, development and learning assets b. Work with L&D; coordinator and develop i. Learning assets on the LMS ii. E-Learning contents using Authoring tools c. Develop assessment tools d. Assigning work, reviewing, correcting, and marking work carried out by students e. Assessing, recording, and reporting on the development, progress, attainment and behavior of students f. Pushing students to attain higher goals

Competencies: a. Genuine interest in teaching / mentoring b. Pleasant, cheerful and happy c. Compassionate but strict d. Tough task master without authoritative approach

Requirements

Mandatory Skills:





Proficiency in C++ / C#

Proficiency in Object Oriented Concepts and coding

Proficiency in Software Engineering Concepts

Proficiency in core algorithms, data structures, patterns

Proficiency in Relational Database Entity Diagrams, Normalizations, Data Modeling

Proficiency in Multi-Threading and Socket Programming

Proficiency in JavaScript

Proficiency in building REST based Web Services

Preferred Skills

Awareness/Experience in CI/CD using GitHub actions or similar technology

Awareness/Experience in Containerization using Docker or similar technology

Educational Qualification:

Education: B.E. (CS) or M.E (CS) from a decent institute
