What you'll do
? Mentor learners on freelancing, client acquisition, pitching & outreach
? Track progress, engagement, and hold learners accountable
? Help them push through rejection and low response rates
? Spot high-potential learners and drive them to their breakthrough
? Document real success stories -- because that's our north star
What we're looking for
✅ Solid understanding of US Accounting & Bookkeeping + QuickBooks
✅ Solid communication and follow-up skills
✅ A mentoring mindset — motivating AND holding people accountable
✅ Understanding of freelancing/client acquisition (LinkedIn, Upwork, cold email)
✅ Comfort working with targets and measurable outcomes
Bonus points if you've freelanced yourself, worked with US clients/CPAs, or have prior coaching/mentoring experience.
