Role Overview

Altimetrik is looking for a seasoned Product & Industry Leader to own and scale the Insurance practice — driving strategy, growing revenue, and leading transformation engagements across global insurers, reinsurers, and MGAs. The ideal candidate brings deep domain expertise across the Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance value chain, a strong product management mindset, and a proven record of winning and delivering strategic client engagements.

What You'll Own

Practice Leadership

- Own strategy, roadmap, and portfolio — driving revenue growth, margin, and investment decisions
- Build and scale high-performance teams across domain, product, design, data, and delivery
- Define GTM plays aligned to market trends, emerging technology, and regulatory shifts (NAIC model laws, Solvency II, IFRS 17, state-level surplus lines regulation)

Domain & Solutioning
- Lead solutioning for complex Digital, Data & AI transformation engagements — shaping target architectures, modernization pathways, and platform strategies
- Originate proactive, domain-led deals with client partners, business development, and engineering teams across existing and new accounts
- Drive discovery workshops with quantitative problem framing tied to measurable business outcomes
- Bring authoritative expertise across the P&C; insurance stack — personal and commercial lines underwriting, policy administration, claims lifecycle management, reinsurance, actuarial & pricing, distribution & agency management, fraud detection, loss control, and regulatory compliance
- Shape joint GTM motions with clients, alliances, and partners

What You Bring

- 15+ years in Property & Casualty insurance spanning product strategy, consulting transformation, and practice/P&L; leadership
- Deep expertise across the P&C; value chain — personal lines (auto, home, renters), commercial lines (general liability, workers’ compensation, commercial property, specialty), surplus & excess, reinsurance, claims, and fraud & SIU
- Strong command of Digital, Data & AI — cloud, AI/ML, platform engineering — from a strategy, domain and product lens, not just delivery
- Demonstrated success in solutioning, pre-sales, and executive stakeholder management
- Ability to translate regulatory change (NAIC, Solvency II, IFRS 17) and market disruption (climate risk, parametric insurance, embedded coverage) into roadmaps and commercial prospect
- Recognized thought leader with an established network across the P&C; insurance ecosystem — carriers, MGAs, reinsurers, and insurtechs
