Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare staffing (travel nurses, allied healthcare professionals, etc.)
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals Understand client requirements and match candidates accordingly
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and placement processes Negotiate compensation packages and contracts with candidates
- Maintain accurate records in ATS systems Ensure compliance with US healthcare staffing regulations and credentialing requirements
- Consistently meet hiring targets and turnaround timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment / US Staffing Strong understanding of US healthcare roles (RN, LPN, CNA,



Allied Health, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience working with job portals (Indeed, FB, Vivian and Wanderley etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Night shift availability (as per US time zones)

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience working with US-based healthcare staffing agencies
- Familiarity with ATS tools and VMS platforms
- Proven track record of successful placements
