Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build robust relationships with learners and internal stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,



with the ability to resolve complex learner issues and concerns
- Proficiency in using technology, including learning management systems, customer relationship management software, and other digital tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and data

Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional support and guidance to learners throughout their learning journey, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive learner engagement and success, including sales, marketing, and product development
- Develop and implement strategies to improve learner satisfaction and retention, including identifying and addressing areas for improvement
- Facilitate online and offline learning activities, including webinars, workshops, and other events, to support learner engagement and success
- Analyze learner data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations for enhancing the learning experience
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve learner issues and concerns, including technical, administrative, and academic matters
