We are looking for an experienced Lead/Senior SRE Engineer with robust Dynatrace expertise to join our team.

In this role, you will drive the implementation of DevOps and SRE practices, shape the technology roadmap, and ensure the reliability, performance, and observability of our production systems. You will collaborate closely with application teams and product owners to foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

- Implement DevOps & SRE practices across teams and workflows
- Lead discussions and decisions for the SRE team technology roadmap
- Define, refine, and maintain SLIs and SLOs, along with MTTR, Lead time for change, Deployment Frequency, and Change Failure Rate metrics
- Design, build, and run monitoring, alerting, operability, and observability for applications using Dynatrace, Splunk, and Grafana
- Conduct performance assessments and monitoring, then recommend and drive performance improvements
- Ensure application teams meet performance and availability SLAs
- Partner with product owners to manage error budget, prioritize the toil backlog, and validate outcomes against team, application, and incident metrics
- Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to production events and outages
- Drive continuous improvement of continuous integration & continuous deployment (CI/CD Pipeline)
- Apply incident management practices, troubleshooting techniques, and root cause analysis




- Promote and implement automation wherever feasible
- Implement cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management
- Manage periodic progress reporting to management and the customer
- Collaborate with application teams to support platform adoption, and coordinate communication within the team and with customers
- Analyze the current system and develop enhancement and improvement plans

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of general IT experience, including 5+ years in DevOps or SRE teams
- Hands-on background supporting production infrastructure
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD practices and tooling
- Deep understanding of observability concepts, including monitoring, logging, and tracing
- Expert-level expertise with Dynatrace and Splunk
- Familiarity with a major cloud provider such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Proven ability to operate high-availability, fault-tolerant, scalable distributed software in production
- Strong ability to work independently and within a team, with organizational and interpersonal skills that help build operational maturity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, including strategic thinking and troubleshooting under pressure
- High adaptability and willingness to learn and adopt new technologies quickly
- English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
