POSITION DETAILS

Position: Lead Placement Officer

Department: Training & Placement

Qualification: MBA / PGDM

Experience: 5+ Years in Campus Recruitment / Corporate Relations / Placement

Employment Type: Full-Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and manage institutional placement activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR teams and corporate organizations.
- Identify and onboard new recruiters for campus placements.
- Plan and execute annual placement drives and recruitment activities.
- Coordinate pre-placement talks, assessments, interviews and selection processes.
- Monitor department-wise placement performance and recruitment targets.
- Develop internship and industry engagement opportunities.
- Guide and supervise Placement Officers and the placement team.
- Track student selections, offers, joining status and placement outcomes.
- Prepare placement MIS, performance reports and action plans for management.




- Strengthen corporate partnerships and improve placement opportunities.
