We support the development of innovative Assistive Technology products and services and work with startups, funders, partners and ecosystem stakeholders to build a more inclusive world.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and relationship-oriented professional to join our Partnerships & Fundraising team.

The role will work closely with the CEO and Head of Partnerships to drive resource mobilisation, build strategic partnerships, identify funding opportunities and support ATF’s organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Partnerships

- Build and manage long-term relationships with funders, strategic partners and ecosystem stakeholders.
- Ensure timely donor reporting, due diligence, compliance and grant management requirements.
- Collaborate with programme teams to develop fundable, high-impact programmes aligned with donor priorities.
- Track philanthropy, CSR and Assistive Technology ecosystem trends to identify emerging opportunities.
- Support leadership in shaping fundraising strategy and partnership priorities.
- Develop and manage monetary and non-monetary collaborations.

Fundraising

- Support and lead the fundraising lifecycle, from research and outreach to proposal development, negotiations and closure.
- Build a diversified fundraising portfolio across CSR, foundations,



family offices, philanthropies, HNIs, institutional donors, bilateral agencies and multilateral organisations.
- Identify and pursue high-value funding opportunities, including grants, sponsorships, strategic partnerships and multi-year funding commitments.
- Build and maintain a robust fundraising pipeline with clear forecasting and conversion tracking.
- Support donor engagement, reporting and stewardship.
- Track fundraising opportunities, proposals and partnerships to ensure timely follow-up and execution.
- Contribute to initiatives that strengthen ATF’s visibility, positioning and growth.

Qualifications & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, business development, CSR engagement or a related field.
- Proven track record of securing grants, CSR partnerships, sponsorships or institutional funding.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, proposal writing and presentation abilities.
- Ability to independently manage opportunities from identification to closure.
- Strategic thinking with a robust bias for execution.
- Passion for social impact and alignment with ATF’s mission.
