nAbout the Role

nWe are seeking an experienced Network Engineer / Network Lead (L2+) to manage and support enterprise network infrastructure across multi-site environments. The role involves providing advanced network operations support, incident management, troubleshooting, monitoring, change implementation, stakeholder coordination, and governance activities for LAN, WAN, WLAN, Security, SD-WAN, and Cloud connectivity environments.

nThe ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise in routing, switching, wireless, network security, enterprise troubleshooting, network monitoring, and ITSM-driven service delivery.

nKey Responsibilities

nNetwork Operations & Support

n

n
- Provide L2/L2+ operational support for Enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, Internet, VPN, Firewall, Proxy, Load Balancers, DNS/DHCP, Routing, Switching, and Remote Access environments.
n
- Manage network incidents from identification through resolution while ensuring SLA compliance.
n
- Act as an escalation point for Service Desk, NOC, and Operations teams.
n
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of:

- Routing and Switching issues
n
- Latency and Packet Loss issues
n
- Bandwidth congestion
n
- Link flapping
n
- Internet and WAN connectivity issues
n
- Wireless and VPN connectivity issues

nNetwork Configuration & Administration
