- We are looking for an experienced E1 QA Lead with robust expertise across E1 functional modules including Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance.
- The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and IT analysts to drive test planning, test execution, integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and quality assurance governance activities.
- The role requires a strong understanding of SDLC, PMF processes, Waterfall and Agile methodologies, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The candidate will also serve as an SQA Lead, ensuring adherence to quality processes, documentation standards, governance requirements, and reporting.

Essential Job Functions:

- Work with business teams and IT analysts to understand requirements and project objectives.
- Develop and execute test cases for integration testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
- Lead Software Quality Assurance (SQA) activities and ensure adherence to established quality processes.
- Follow project governance standards, documentation requirements, quality controls, meeting cadences, and reporting processes.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across business and technology functions.
- Support projects executed through both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.




- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives within the testing and QA function.
- Requirements understanding and Fit/Gap analysis.
- Define test scope and test strategy.
- Attend design workshops and Functional Requirement Specification (FRS) review sessions.
- Develop detailed test scripts and test scenarios.
- Setup and manage test plans and testing activities.
- Coordinate test lab setup and testing environments.
- Create and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
- Lead test management activities across project phases.
- Execute test scripts during Functional and Integration Testing cycles.
- Coordinate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Facilitate project meetings, testing reviews, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure quality documentation and validation evidence are maintained as per compliance requirements.
