We are seeking an experienced Lead HR Business Partner (HRBP) to drive HR operations and people initiatives for a large frontline workforce in a rapid-paced logistics, warehousing, and supply chain environment.

The role will partner closely with Business and Operations leaders to lead workforce planning, high-volume hiring, employee engagement, employee relations, compliance, and HR analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations for frontline and blue-collar employees.
- Partner with Operations teams on workforce planning, hiring, and manpower deployment.
- Drive employee engagement, retention initiatives, and employee connect programs.
- Handle employee grievances, employee relations, industrial relations, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor key workforce metrics including attendance, absenteeism, attrition,



productivity, and workforce utilization.
- Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics to support business decision-making.

Your Profile

- 6 to 10+ years of HRBP experience.
- Experience managing a workforce of 250+ employees.
- Strong exposure to recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance.
- Background in logistics, warehousing, e-commerce, quick commerce, manufacturing, or other high-volume operational environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and HR analytics skills.
- Experience with industrial relations and large-scale hiring will be an advantage.
