- Skills:

- 3+ years of experience in a Business Analysis role
- Strong understanding of automation tools used in industry
- Hands-on experience in automation initiatives and process improvement programs
- Strong requirement elicitation skills with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders
- Expertise in preparing comprehensive documentation including BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
- Experience in business process modeling and process flow creation (BPMN, workflow diagrams, As-Is/To-Be process mapping)
- Experience working with Agile, Lean Product Development and Waterfall methodologies
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and independently




- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Solid analytical, critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good-to-Have Qualifications &
- Skills:
- Exposure to enterprise-level RPA or automation programs
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
- Familiarity with change management and stakeholder adoption
- RPA/Automation certifications (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or equivalent) – preferred
