- Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a Business Info Developer uses Tableau reporting, SQL, who development of Tableau Dashboard new builds and enhancements within lower environments. Role level security on tableau Job Responsibility: A proud member of the CRx, leverages the power of new technologies and a strong, clinical-first lens, to deliver Pharmacy and PBM Solutions.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Job Brief:

- Roles will be responsible for development of Tableau Dashboard new builds and enhancements within lower environments.
- Roles will work directly with stakeholders to solidify their understanding of business processes and corresponding dashboard requirements.
- Roles will present data in intuitive ways to allow for easy operations decision-making.
- Roles will be expected to demo fully developed dashboards/enhancements in lower environments.
- Roles will be expected to answer ad hoc questions regarding the dashboards they worked on, their calcs, filters, and underlying SQL.
- Roles will be expected to coordinate well with onshore team-members for promotion of their ready Tableau content to upper (production) environments.
- Roles will assist in the migration of legacy Qlik-based dashboards to Tableau.
- Role level security on tableau Qualification: o BTech/MCA or equivalent, preferably in computer science, Tableau reporting, SQL o Requires a Graduation / post-graduate degree in healthcare, pharmacy,



business administration, or a related field. o PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) Software Experience Strongly preferred o Experience working in an Agile workplace strongly preferred o Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. o Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- 5-10 years of experience in the US Healthcare and PBM domain.
