Atlas SoftWeb is looking for enthusiastic Freshers and Interns to join our team as Lead Generation Executives .

If you are looking to start your career in B2B lead generation and IT sales , this is an opportunity to learn, gain practical experience, and develop your professional skills in a growing IT company.

What You’ll Learn & Do:

- Research and identify potential B2B clients and prospects
- Build and maintain accurate lead databases
- Conduct online research to identify potential business opportunities
- Assist the sales team with lead generation and prospect information
- Support email, LinkedIn, and other outreach activities
- Maintain lead records and follow up with prospects
- Learn about target markets, client requirements, and IT services




- Work closely with the sales team and gain practical exposure to B2B sales

What We’re Looking For:

- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Students or candidates looking for a 6-month internship are encouraged to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of internet research and MS Office/Google Workspace
- Willingness to learn about IT services, lead generation, and B2B sales
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a team and take responsibility for assigned tasks
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a professional setting
