What You’ll Bring

- CA / CA-Inter / MBA (Finance) with 5–8 years of experience in accounting or controllership.
- Prior experience in Retail / Fuel Accounting / FMCG Accounting preferred.
- Proven experience in team management, stakeholder management, and driving operational excellence.
- Proficiency in Oracle and advanced Excel; exposure to Power BI or automation tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, leadership skills, and a cooperative mindset.
