Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, debug and deliver scalable full-stack features across database, backend APIs and frontend applications.
- Work extensively with TypeScript, Node.js/Fastify, PostgreSQL/Prisma and React/Vite.
- Enhance the AI build engine involving agent orchestration, prompt engineering, tool/function calling and Anthropic SDK integration.
- Work on AI-generated application workflows and troubleshoot complex AI-generation or build-pipeline issues.
- Develop secure and maintainable solutions including RBAC, authentication, secret handling and audit logging.
- Implement requirements with proper traceability between specifications, development and automated testing.
- Build and maintain automated testing using Vitest/Jest and Playwright/Cypress.
- Participate in architecture decisions, API design, integrations and performance optimization.
- Conduct code reviews and help maintain coding standards and engineering quality.
- Use AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor and GitHub Copilot to improve engineering productivity.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level engineers when required.
- Support technical discussions, client interviews and solutioning activities when needed.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in TypeScript, Node.js and React full-stack development.




- Strong experience with backend frameworks such as Fastify, Express or NestJS.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, authentication, RBAC and application architecture.
- Strong database experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
- Experience with ORM frameworks; Prisma is preferred.
- Working knowledge of LLM/AI application development, including prompt design, function/tool calling and agentic workflows.
- Exposure to model-provider SDKs such as Anthropic or OpenAI.
- Strong debugging, root-cause analysis and performance-tuning capabilities.
- Experience with automated testing and end-to-end quality assurance.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile, Git/GitLab and CI/CD practices.
- Ability to quickly understand and work within a large, specification-driven codebase.
- Robust communication, ownership and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have :

- AWS, Docker and GitLab CI/CD exposure.
- Experience with multi-agent or agentic AI frameworks.
- Experience with LLM evaluation or AI code-generation products.
- Exposure to React Native or mobile build pipelines.
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS applications.
- Knowledge of observability, rate limiting, permission models and credential management.
- Experience with analytics, automation or system integrations.
