Required Skills & Qualifications

Backend Development

- Robust hands-on experience with Java 8+ and Spring Boot (Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security)
- Proficiency in RESTful API design and microservices development
- Experience with ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA)
- Ability to write performant, testable, and production-ready code

Frontend Development

- Hands-on experience with React.js (Hooks, Redux/Context API)
- Proficiency in Angular (Angular 10+)
- Experience with Single SPA for micro-frontend architecture
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript

Cloud & DevOps

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure SQL)
- Proficiency in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Docker




- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar)
- Comfortable with production deployments and release management

Leadership & Collaboration

- 8-12 years of full stack development experience, with 2+ years leading teams or projects
- Proven ability to lead sprints and deliver projects on schedule
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
