We are looking for a highly skilled in Lead AI Engineer to drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Databricks, Python, Cloud Platforms, and AI System Design, along with experience leading teams and engaging with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of AI Engineers in delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions.

- Design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML and Generative AI applications.

- Develop advanced solutions using LLMs, Embeddings, RAG, and Prompt Engineering.

- Design and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

- Build reusable AI frameworks and accelerators to improve development efficiency.

- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of AI platforms and data architectures.





- Drive best practices in software engineering, deployment, and AI governance.

Required Skills

- 8-13 years of experience in AI/ML solution development and deployment.

- Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Embeddings, and Prompt Engineering.

- Hands-on experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, FastAPI).

- Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, Data Modeling, and Database Optimization.

- Experience managing Databricks Workflows, Jobs, Clusters, and APIs.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, and CI/CD practices.

- Cloud expertise in Azure, AWS, or GCP.

- Robust understanding of data structures, algorithms, multiprocessing, and optimization techniques.

- Experience in stakeholder management and leading technical teams.
