Learning & Development (L&D;) Executive

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India

Industry: Restaurant / CDR / QSR / Hospitality

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate training programs for restaurant and QSR employees.
- Conduct induction and onboarding training for new employees.
- Deliver training on customer service, food safety, hygiene, SOPs, and restaurant operations.
- Identify employee training needs through performance reviews and operational feedback.
- Prepare training calendars, materials, presentations, and assessment tools.
- Conduct product knowledge and service-skills training for front-of-house and kitchen teams.
- Coordinate with Restaurant Managers and Operations teams to ensure effective training implementation.
- Track employee attendance, training completion, assessments, and training records.
- Conduct refresher training and follow-up sessions to improve employee performance.
- Support leadership-development programs for supervisors and managers.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and on-the-job observation.




- Maintain L&D; reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Support the development and implementation of SOP-based training programs across outlets.
- Travel to different restaurant outlets when required to conduct training.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in L&D;, training, hospitality, restaurants, CDR, or QSR is preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to engage and train employees at different levels.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel between outlets in Bangalore.
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
