? About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Manager – Learning & Development to design and implement a comprehensive L&D; strategy aligned with business objectives and future capability requirements.

The ideal candidate will drive impactful learning initiatives, leadership development programs, digital learning adoption, and organization-wide capability building.

? Key Responsibilities

▪️ Design and implement a comprehensive corporate L&D; strategy aligned with business goals.

▪️ Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with business leaders, HRBPs, and department heads.

▪️ Develop and deliver impactful learning programs, including classroom, digital, and blended learning.





▪️ Drive leadership development and high-potential employee programs to build a strong leadership pipeline.

▪️ Manage digital learning platforms, including LMS and LXP, and track adoption and ROI.

▪️ Evaluate and manage external training partners, content providers, and facilitators.

▪️ Track L&D; metrics such as training effectiveness, learner engagement, and business impact.

▪️ Lead learning initiatives supporting organizational transformation, employee engagement, DEI, and innovation.

? Requirements

✅ 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development.

✅ Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.

✅ Robust experience in corporate L&D; strategy and training delivery.

✅ Proficiency in Excel, LMS platforms, content development, and learning program management.

✅ Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

✅ Strong leadership, adaptability, innovation, and stakeholder management abilities.
