Key Responsibilities:

- Assess company-wide training needs and develop learning strategies aligned with business goals.

- Design, implement, and manage training programs through the Learning Management System (LMS).

- Serve as the primary administrator of the LMS, including course creation, user management, and reporting.

- Analyze training metrics and feedback to measure program effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes.

- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts (SMEs) to create relevant and engaging training content.

- Develop and deliver both in-person and virtual learning experiences using blended learning models.

- Ensure compliance training is up to date and accurately tracked within the LMS.

- Research and recommend current technologies or tools to enhance training delivery and effectiveness.

- Manage training budgets and liaise with external vendors or consultants when necessary.

- Maintain documentation and reporting related to training activity, attendance, certifications, and performance.
