Role & responsibilities

- Develop and debug test equipment, executable software, and code
- Adjust the machine parameters after the spare parts replacement/changes.
- Able to design and develop functional programs using LabVIEW software.
- Verify and ensure the positive operation of the production equipment.
- Analyze the causes of adjustments/downtime, informs and collaborates with QA and Process Engineer to reduce the recurrences.
- Coordinates the Autonomous Maintenance implementation.
- Debug analysis on NI hardware and test equipment LabVIEW programs.
- Support by the analysis and decrease of the cycle time (simple to medium interventions)
- Support in continuous improvement projects for program and machine modification.




- Report/Feedback regarding frequent failing equipment to not use in the future Info PU/IE/Equip. Realization
- Process release after repair according to MPPC
- Periodical tester calibrations.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Experience with LabVIEW software, programming Min 3 years.
- Experience with Vision Camera, Scanner, printer, laser marking, Assembly line robot teaching.
- Excellent conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with automation and control systems.
