Location: HP Inc CCCB – KTP/ECP, Bengaluru

Experience: 1–4 Years relevant experience

Qualification: Graduation – Any Discipline

Employment: Contract Job – Quess Corp Payroll

Shift: 24×7 Rotational Shifts, including weekends

Cab: Free two-way cab facility

Tentative Onboarding: 17 September 2026

CTC – Based on Experience:

1–2 Years: ₹4.0–₹4.6 LPA

2–3 Years: ₹4.2–₹4.8 LPA

3–4 Years: ₹4.5–₹5.2 LPA

Salary will be considered based on previous CTC with an indicative 20–25% hike. Final salary/offer will be decided by the client based on previous compensation, payslips and offer details. No specific salary will be guaranteed.

Required Skills

Minimum 1 year relevant Technical/Customer Support experience

Excellent verbal & written English communication

Hindi fluency mandatory





Robust customer handling, troubleshooting & problem-solving skills

Windows OS: Installation, troubleshooting & updates

Computer hardware: Components & troubleshooting

Printer: Inkjet/LaserJet setup & troubleshooting

Networking: LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, IP & DNS

LAN configuration & IP settings

MS Office & common software tools

Ability to explain technical issues in simple language

Strong active listening, empathy & customer de-escalation skills

Flexible to work 24×7 rotational shifts & weekends
