This role will primarily focus on restaurant onboarding, setup and activation.You’ll work directly with restaurant owners, managers and operational staff to help them understand DineQube, complete setup, train their teams and successfully go live on the platform

What You will Do

- Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every new restaurant partner is properly onboarded, trained and activated on DineQube .

You’ll be responsible for

:




- Onboarding new restaurant partners onto DineQub e* Coordinating restaurant account setu p* Setting up menus, categories, items, tables, QR codes and relevant dashboard configuration s* Collecting and verifying restaurant information required for onboardin g* Coordinating with restaurant owners, managers and operational team s* Training restaurant staff on how to use the DineQube platfor m* Explaining the QR ordering journey and restaurant dashboar d* Helping restaurants configure dine-in, takeaway and other relevant workflow s* Ensuring menus, QR codes and operational flows are correctly configure d* Helping restaurant teams complete setup before go-liv e* Conducting testing before activatio n* Ensuring successful go-live of each restaurant accoun t* Supporting restaurants during the initial adoption perio d* Conducting follow-ups after onboardin g* Identifying setup gaps and resolving onboarding issue s* Coordinating internally whenever technical or operational support is require d* Maintaining onboarding progress and account information in CR

M* Preparing basic reports using Excel / Google Sheet s* Collecting feedback from restaurant partners after activatio n

Who We’re Looking Fo r

We’re looking for someone with experience or exposure in restaurant operations, FoodTech, restaurant technology, POS solutions, SaaS, client onboarding, account management, customer success or B2B client management

.





Candidates who understand restaurant operations and are comfortable coordinating directly with restaurant owners and staff will have an advantage
