Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end operations of Kerala holiday packages.
- Handle transport operations and vehicle management for guest movements.
- Coordinate with drivers and transport vendors to ensure timely and smooth service.
- Manage and maintain a reliable network of transport vendors across Kerala.
- Negotiate transport rates and manage vendor bookings and allocations.
- Monitor vehicle availability, schedules, reporting times, and trip assignments.
- Coordinate transportation for airport/railway transfers, sightseeing, and intercity travel.
- Handle last-minute transport changes, cancellations, and operational issues.
- Coordinate with hotels, tour coordinators, sales teams, and vendors for smooth package execution.
- Ensure proper documentation, vendor records, and operational updates are maintained.

Requirements





- Experience in Kerala holiday package operations is preferred.
- Prior experience in transport management and transport vendor management is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Kerala routes, destinations, and transportation services.
- Strong vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple bookings and urgent operational requirements.
- Candidates with experience in the travel & tourism industry will be preferred.
