Junior Planner –

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparation of GIS-based Master Plans, Development Plans, ELU maps and planning proposals.
- Support GIS/CAD mapping, digitization, geo-referencing, spatial analysis and thematic map preparation.
- Coordinate and participate in field surveys, ground-truthing and data verification.
- Assist in collection and analysis of land-use, demographic, socio-economic, infrastructure and transportation data.
- Coordinate with survey, GIS and planning teams to ensure accurate and timely project deliverables.
- Assist in preparation of reports, presentations, maps, tables and project documentation.
- Incorporate client/senior planner comments and support quality control of project outputs.
- Maintain project data and ensure compliance with project standards, timelines and client requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Urban Planning, Town Planning, Regional Planning, Geography, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.




- Working knowledge of ArcGIS/QGIS and AutoCAD.
- Basic understanding of surveying, GPS/DGPS, UAV/Drone Survey and Remote Sensing is preferred.
- Good proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

- Good understanding of urban planning, land-use classification and GIS.
- Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in both office and field environments.
- Willingness to travel to project locations and work within project schedules.

Experience Freshers: Candidates with relevant academic knowledge and GIS/AutoCAD skills may apply.

Experienced: 2–3 years of relevant experience in urban planning, GIS, surveying or master planning is preferred.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
