We are looking for a Logistics qualified to support and monitor logistics activities, ensuring timely movement and delivery of materials to the organization, customers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle Import, Export and Domestic logistics activities.

- Manage movement of incoming and outgoing materials within defined TAT.

- Coordinate Customs Clearance and SEZ activities.

- Coordinate with Customs for aircraft clearance on arrival.

- Handle customer shipments and provide required documentation support.

- Coordinate with customers for shipment documentation and applicable handling/clearance charges.

- Coordinate with Freight Forwarders and CHA for billing and timely payment processing.

- Maintain freight, shipment and traceability records.

- Prepare freight cost, clearance cost and shipment delay reports.

- Track import shipments and coordinate clearance from Air Cargo on arrival.





- Handle export shipments for temporary removals.

- Support logistics activities involving aircraft and engine imports/exports.

- Handle over-dimensional shipments as required.

- Coordinate with Freight Forwarders, Customs Clearance Agencies, SEZ, Airlines and internal teams.

Education & Experience

- Any Graduation; Logistics background preferred.

- Diploma in Logistics Management is preferred.

- IATA-certified courses such as DGR preferred.

- 58 years of experience in Logistics, with 23 years of Aviation Logistics experience.

- Good negotiation and communication skills with freight forwarders.

- Good knowledge of Customs Clearance and SEZ activities.
