About the role

We are looking for a responsible and organised Junior HR Executive to handle day-to-day HR activities. The role will involve employee coordination, HR documentation, attendance, recruitment support, and maintaining HR records.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
- Manage attendance, leaves, and employee records.
- Assist with recruitment, interviews, and onboarding.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Handle joining and exit formalities.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee-related information.
- Ensure company HR policies and processes are followed.
- Coordinate with management and the central HR team on HR-related matters.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in HR.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Basic knowledge of HR operations and recruitment.
- Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good organisational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle employees and HR responsibilities independently.
- Prior experience in BPO/IT/ITES will be an advantage.
