Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Bengaluru.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including brand identities, logos, social media creatives, marketing collateral, and UI-related graphics. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with strategy, product, and marketing teams to interpret briefs, develop concepts, and translate them into compelling visual designs that align with brand guidelines. The role involves working with typography, color, and layout to produce consistent design systems, preparing production-ready files,



and iterating based on stakeholder feedback.

The Graphic

Designer is expected to stay current with design trends, propose improvements to visual standards, and contribute to the overall creative direction of client projects.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to produce high-quality visual assets across digital and print media.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including creating brand identities, style guides, and visual systems that support strategic positioning.
- Skilled in Typography, with a clear understanding of hierarchy, readability, and how type integrates with broader visual design.
- Experience using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch or similar) and preparing production-ready files.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, present design concepts clearly, and incorporate feedback in a structured, timely manner.
- Portfolio demonstrating work across brand design, digital campaigns, and interface-related graphics.
- Relevant academic background in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative workplace and coordinating with cross-functional teams on-site in Bengaluru.
