Job Summary

Aghanya Info Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data to help the organization make informed business decisions.

Freshers with positive analytical and technical skills, as well as experienced candidates, are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from different sources.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from datasets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Create dashboards and data visualizations.
- Work with business teams to understand data requirements.
- Perform data validation and quality checks.
- Maintain accurate databases and records.
- Prepare presentations and reports based on analytical findings.
- Support business and management teams with data-driven insights.
- Identify data-related issues and recommend solutions.
- Assist in improving data collection and reporting processes.

Required SkillsTechnical Skills
- Microsoft Excel – formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts, data cleaning
- SQL – basic to advanced querying
- Power BI / Tableau – dashboard creation and visualization
- Basic knowledge of statistics and data analysis
- Data cleaning and data validation
- Knowledge of Python/R is an advantage

Qualifications
- Any Degree / Bachelor's Degree.
- Candidates from Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce, or related backgrounds can apply.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic data analysis concepts.
- Freshers with relevant skills and project experience are welcome.

Experience Freshers: Basic knowledge of Excel, SQL, data analysis, and visualization tools is preferred.

Experienced Candidates: Previous experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
