Job Role

We are looking for a Junior Conceptualiser with 0–2 years of experience to join our creative team. The role involves transforming client briefs into fresh, relevant, and visually compelling concepts for corporate events, brand activations, and experiential projects.

The ideal candidate is someone who is naturally curious, thinks beyond the obvious, has a strong visual sense, and can turn an idea into a transparent creative story. You will work closely with the creative and event teams across pitches and live projects.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Concept Development & Ideation:

- Develop creative concepts based on client briefs and project objectives.
- Brainstorm themes, narratives, experiences, and creative directions for events.
- Translate ideas into clear and engaging concept stories.
- Explore fresh and unconventional ideas that can create memorable event experiences.

1. Research & Inspiration:

- Research trends, cultural references, event experiences, design directions, and emerging ideas.
- Explore references for dcor, installations, stage design, technology, entertainment, and engagement activities.
- Research venues, experiences, formats, and creative possibilities based on project requirements.
- Build a strong repository of relevant creative references and inspiration.

1. Moodboards & Visualisation:





- Create moodboards and visual references to communicate creative directions.
- Curate images, design references, materials, colours, textures, and experiential elements.
- Develop visual storytelling that helps clients and internal teams understand the proposed concept.

1. Pitch Decks & Presentations:

- Develop creative presentations and pitch decks from concept to execution direction.
- Structure ideas into compelling and easy-to-understand presentations.
- Work with designers and the creative team to bring concepts to life visually.
- Adapt concepts and presentations based on client briefs and feedback.

1. Creative Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with creative, design, production, and client servicing teams on projects.
- Participate actively in brainstorming and concept development sessions.
- Support the team during live pitches and ongoing projects.
- Take ownership of assigned creative tasks and deliver within timelines.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree / diploma in Design, Advertising, Mass Communication, Marketing, Visual Communication, Event Management, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in conceptualisation, advertising, events, experiential marketing, design, or a related creative field.
- Strong interest in creative concepts, events, experiences, branding, and experiential marketing.
- Strong visual sense with the ability to communicate ideas through words and visuals.
- Good research, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Canva.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and challenge conventional ideas.
- Proactive, organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio of creative work is preferred.
