Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented Junior Bartender to join our fine-dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will assist the bar team in delivering high-quality beverages and exceptional guest service while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, presentation, and professionalism.

The Junior Bartender will support the preparation and service of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages while ensuring smooth day-to-day bar operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Bartender and Bar Manager in daily bar operations.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, beverages, and other drinks according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Support mise-en-place, including cutting garnishes, preparing syrups, juices, infusions, and other bar ingredients.
- Maintain proper cleanliness and hygiene of the bar, equipment, glassware, and work areas.
- Ensure all drinks are presented consistently according to the restaurant's standards.
- Learn and maintain knowledge of the beverage menu, including spirits, wines, cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages.
- Assist guests with basic beverage recommendations and communicate professionally with guests.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of bar stock and ingredients.
- Assist with inventory checks and inform the senior bartender or manager about low-stock or damaged items.
- Follow responsible alcohol service procedures and restaurant policies.
- Maintain proper glassware, bar tools, equipment, and workstation readiness throughout the shift.
- Coordinate effectively with the service team and kitchen to ensure timely beverage service.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including bar setup,



cleaning, stock replenishment, and securing equipment.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor when required.
- Maintain a professional appearance and follow the restaurant's grooming and uniform standards.

- Basic knowledge of bartending and beverage service.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 0–2 years of experience in bartending or beverage service.
- Experience in a fine-dining restaurant, premium hotel, lounge, or upscale bar is preferred.
- Hospitality/F&B; qualification or bartending certification is an advantage.
- Freshers with relevant hospitality training and a strong interest in bartending may also be considered.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
