Job Overview

Sai Ply Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Junior Accounts Executive to join our Accounts & Finance team in Ranchi. The ideal candidate should have a Commerce background with good practical knowledge of Tally and basic accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
- Handle purchase, sales, receipts, payments and journal entries
- Assist in maintaining ledgers and accounts records
- Support GST, invoicing and basic reconciliation activities
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
- Assist the senior accounts team with routine accounting and administrative tasks

Requirements

- Graduate in B.Com / Commerce or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in Accounts




- Good working knowledge of Tally
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and GST
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Candidates with experience in trading, plywood, building materials or similar industries will be preferred
