A leading restaurant/QSR chain is looking for a Junior Accountant to handle daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, and assist in compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting, with proficiency in Tally, GST, and general ledger maintenance.
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure accurate financial records.
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable management.
- Record and reconcile bank transactions and ledgers.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.
Taxation & Compliance:
- Prepare GST returns and TDS filings as per statutory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
General Administration:
- Maintain petty cash and vouchers.
- Support in preparing monthly and annual financial statements.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants for timely filings.
Key Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter or equivalent.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or trading industries is a plus.
