Pavalius Homes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated Accountant to support our real estate and villa projects. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities and coordinating with project and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries
- Handle receipts, payments, and basic reconciliations
- Support billing, vouchers, and expense tracking
- Update and manage data in CRM systems
- Coordinate with project site team for financial records
- Assist in preparing reports for management

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in accounting
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Ability to work with CRM/software systems

Experience with Zoho (Books / CRM) or similar software

- Experience in real estate or project site accounting will be an added advantage
- Good coordination and communication skills
