Job Purpose:

The Senior Managed Services Engineer will own the administration, security, and lifecycle management of our open directory platform. This role ensures seamless identity governance, strict device compliance, and rapid incident response across all managed environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration & Governance

- Design and maintain organizational group structures.
- Enforce role-based access control (RBAC).
- Govern user lifecycle workflows (Provisioning/De-provisioning).

Identity & Access Management (IAM)

- Configure and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Enforce Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) policies.
- Manage conditional access rules for Zero Trust security.

Device Management (MDM)

- Enrol and manage Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints.
- Deploy software packages and OS patches automatically.




- Maintain asset inventories and hardware health status.

Monitoring & Alerting

- Monitor JumpCloud Directory Insights logs continuously.
- Set up alerts for anomalous login behaviour.
- Track and resolve system integration failures.

Incident Response

- Act as the L3 escalation point for access issues.
- Investigate and remediate compromised user accounts.
- Lead root-cause analysis for directory-related outages.

Policy Management

- Author and deploy system configuration policies.
- Enforce security baselines (e.g., screen locks, disk encryption).
- Audit policy enforcement states across all device groups.

Reporting & Compliance

- Generate regular compliance and audit readiness reports.
- Track key performance metrics against internal SLAs.
- Provide data exports for external security auditors.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
