Job Title: Jr Graphic Designer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and Junior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate must have 2 to 4 years of professional experience in graphic designing, demonstrate a strong portfolio showcasing their creative skills across various media. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visual solutions that meet the company's marketing objectives and elevate our brand presence.

Responsibilities:

Design Creation: Ideating and conceptualising appealing graphics and visuals for a range of marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, internal communication, PPTs, etc

Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and standards.

Creative Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of creative concepts, strategies, and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.

Software Proficiency: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Aftereffects etc.) and other relevant tools to create high-quality designs.

Motion Graphic & Video Editing: Motion graphics and video editing skills, using software like Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing,



creative, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with objectives.

Project Management: Effectively prioritize tasks while managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines, all while maintaining high-quality design standards.

Adaptability: Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and best practices, incorporating new methodologies into design processes.

Key Skills Required:

- Strong Understanding of design principles: layout, typography, color, and composition.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and print design projects.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, college
- 2 to 4 years of skilled experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
- Strong design sense and ability to create visually appealing and effective designs
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design projects.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
